Semiconductor Equipment

Heating belt systems are widely used in the technology industry. For example, soft heating cloth packs are needed to maintain the temperature in vacuum and gas pipelines used in various technology industries. Once the heating is out of control, the over-temperature protection function needs to be activated when the heating belt is heating up continuously, and the heating power supply is cut off. Therefore, as the key device of over-temperature protection, the temperature switch plays a vital role in the heating belt system.

Motor

With the development of technology, the application range of motors is becoming more and more extensive, especially the use of motors in daily life and production is becoming more and more important. However, the accident of motor burning also occurs from time to time. In real life, the motor burning is mainly caused by the following reasons such as overheating of the locked rotor coil, overload of the motor and lack of phase. The installation of thermal protector is one of the effective ways to protect the motor. Thermal protector, also called temperature switch, temperature control switch, etc. It is a temperature switch that uses a bimetallic strip as a temperature sensing element. When the electrical appliance is working normally, the bimetallic strip is in a free state and the contact is in an open state. When the temperature rises to the operating temperature value, the bimetallic element is heated to generate internal Stress and act quickly, open the contact, cut off/on the circuit, thereby playing a thermal protection role. When the ambient temperature drops to the reset temperature of the protector, the contact will close the circuit again and the motor will work again.

Fan

Different fans are often used in different industries, generally external rotor fans, centrifugal fans and so on. For example, it is used in high-speed tunnels, factory floors, automobiles, 5G communication base stations, etc. Different application environments have different effects on the fan, and the working conditions required for the fan are also different; when the ambient temperature is too high, or the fan runs abnormally, it is easy to burn the motor and cause fire hazards. If the fan built-in thermal protector can effectively avoid similar situations and ensure safety.

Photovoltaic equipment

Reactors and transformers are often used in photovoltaic inverter systems to ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of photovoltaic power generation systems and power grids by limiting current, improving voltage fluctuations, and adjusting voltage levels.

Toroidal transformer

The application of thermal protection in the transformer industry is also very extensive, mainly toroidal transformers, large dry-type transformers, medical transformers, etc. When the ambient temperature is too high, or the transformer is running abnormally, it is easy to burn and cause fire hazards. If the built-in thermal protector can effectively avoid similar situations and ensure safety.

Switching power supply

The switching power supply will overheat under abnormal working conditions, which will burn the power supply and even cause a fire. In the process of power supply design, overheat protection function is necessary and very important. In particular, high-power power supplies above 100W and outdoor LED lights and LED screen power supplies need to be set up for overheat protection because of their own severe heat or high working environment temperature. In addition, the miner's lamp power supply with poor heat dissipation environment also needs to be protected from overheating.

Water pump

With the application range of water pumps becoming more and more extensive, water pumps are involved in industrial fields, agricultural fields, household fields, environmental protection fields, energy fields, etc. However, the important core component of water pumps is the motor inside, but accidents of motor burning also occur from time to time. In real life, motor burning is mainly caused by overheating of the following locked-rotor coils, overloaded motor overload, phase loss and other reasons.
